The American heartthrob, who has been dating Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle since they met in Australia in April, isn't convinced you can find love straight away.
He said: "I believe in lust at first sight. I mean, love at first sight?
"With Nadine I was mesmerised at first sight. I don't know if I believe in love at first sight.
"I think you can feel strongly about someone after a first meeting, but if that evolves into love it's kind of coincidental."
