Jersey All Pro Wrestling, who are handling the organizational side of the New Japan tour this May on this side, sent along the following to PWInsider:
The New Japan Pro Wrestling Show is not being held in the same building Ring of Honor ran in years ago. This is the "NEW" basketball city, it is not being held in a bubble! Once again this event is not being held in the same building ROH ran in! JAPW Promotions is awaiting the official Press Release from New Japan Pro Wrestling.
I am told the newer venue is much larger than the previous venue and can host several thousand fans if needed. The former venue shut down when NYC took over the property it was housed on.
