For the initiated, It's a video rental service that streams the most recent DVD releases through your PS3 for individual prices. Prices range depending on the film, but HD does cost more. M
They are available to rent for as low as $2. They are available to watch for 30 days, but as soon as you start watching it you have 48 hours before it will be removed. They are available to own for $10. and will be stored on your Vudu account to watch whenever you want. You get a free $5.99 worth of credit just for signing up, which is pretty sweet
