According to the Facebook page for The High Crusade, Alex Shelley suffered a broken collarbone on Sunday.

The High Crusade is the band that Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, and Petey Williams formed.

How did he break it? Hope he gets better soon!

Shit, that's six weeks minimum just to heal yet alone to compete again.

Hopefully it's not a major break otherwise he may be out for some time :(

Yeah, this could definitely not be good. Hope it's not a bad break and he's not out for long.

On another note... Shelley, Sabin and Petey Williams have a band? I'm very intrigued by that.

It's not bad either. They've got a couple of songs up on myspace you can check out. Kind of a 90's punk rock sound to it.

This should speed up the Machine Gun split which I think they might do now what with Sabin kicking Shelley on the PPV and what not

^^ Would actually prefer them to split up, as I've seen MCMG's in everything as a tag team, In ROH, PWG and TNA

I don't know if I'd like to see them split. They are one of the best tag-teams in the world and they have that chemistry that 90% of the tag-teams today don't have. Besides, there's not many tag-teams in TNA that are worth a fuck...cuz I sure as hell don't buy the Beer Inc bullshit at all.

With all the old fucks TNA have right now...the former headliners, do you really see Sabin or Shelley carrying the heavyweight title? The only way it would make sense is if TNA cleaned up all the has-beens and build the company around the younger talent and focus on them....kinda like they were going to and ended up turning into WCWWE.

If they break up MCMG, they're gonna end up getting lost in the shuffle.
