Report: Call Made to Hold off Desmond's Return

A decision was made in TNA to not air the taped return of Desmond Wolfe to the company at the tapings following the Genesis PPV reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. He is still scheduled to return at some point, but a call was made to hold off on it for now. The original idea they were using was changed so they didn't show it. Still no word on why Wolfe missed so much time with the company as they are keeping that very quiet. It isn't believed to be concussion related.

That could work. I just hope they do something with him that involves him being a top guy.

I don't want him in MEM. The smaller the faction, the more effective. Angle, Steiner, Nash (and probably friggin' RVD and Anderson) are plenty. I'd much rather see the return of London Brawling as an entity rather than watering down MEM the way they've done with Immortal and Fortune.

All Ive managed to find on his absence thus far is that he's been out "due to an unspecified medical issue" and "A potentially career threatening ailment".


Could be anything such as a heart murmur etc but either hopefully he's fully recovered now and if not then does so very soon as he's a real talent who with the right storylines has the potential to go far in the business.
