Location: Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
Commentators: Joey Styles & Tazz

- The ECW promo hits. We then go live to Wilkes Barre, PA where the (Smackdown) fans are chanting ECW.

- ECW announcer Justin Roberts is shown in the ring. Roberts announces that we will be seeing an Extreme Bikini Contest. Torrie Wilson comes out first followed by Kelly Kelly. Wilson reveals her bikini first and gets a nice reaction. Kelly Kelly goes to reveal her bikini when Mike Knox and Test come down. Knox prevents Kelly from showing her bikini. We then hear The Sandman's music hit and he hits the ring along with Tommy Dreamer. Sandman gets on the mic and proposes a Six Person Tag Team Match.

- The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer & Torrie Wilson defeated Test, Mike Knox & Kelly Kelly. Match started off with Torrie attacking Kelly. After that, I think Kelly forgot she was still in the match as she was cheering on from the outside as a valet. The finish saw Dreamer hit Knox with a big spike DDT to get the pinfall.

- Backstage, Paul Heyman is with ECW Champion Big Show. Heyman doesn't think it is a good idea that Show accepted Sabu's challenge for a SummerSlam rematch tonight for the ECW World Title. Big Show tells Heyman to relax since it won't be under Extreme Rules and that Sabu will be out of his element.

===COMMERCIAL BREAK===

- Backstage, Matt Striker is shown. Striker is continuing his "teacher" segments, but now in ECW. He talks about how brains are more important than brawn and that it was his responsibility to shape the minds of those viewers who watch ECW.

- Kevin Thorn defeated Balls Mahoney in an Extreme Rules Match. Balls brought a steel chair to the ring as usual and got it kicked in his face for his trouble. At one point, the action spilled to the outside where Balls nailed Thorn with Tazz's bottle of water from the announce table. Thorn fought back using his walking stick by bouncing it off the throat of Mahoney. The finish saw Thorn hit a stunner on Balls using the top rope to get the pinfall.

- Another promo airs of "The Reject" Shannon Moore.

- CM Punk defeated C.W. Anderson. Lots of back and forth action between Punk and Anderson. Anderson looked good in his first ECW TV appearance on Sci Fi. Anderson took out Punk at one point with an impressive spinebuster. The finish saw Punk hit his running bulldog, numerous slaps to the face, kick to the head, modified Rock Bottom and the Anaconda Vice that saw Anderson tap out to give Punk the submission victory.

===COMMERCIAL BREAK===

- The trailer for "The Marine" starring John Cena is shown.

- Backstage, Paul Heyman is shown talking to someone when the camera pans out and reveals Hardcore Holly. Heyman said he understands people say bad things about him and he was even warned not to bring him into ECW, but he did anyways because he wanted to. He said Holly's image is "too extreme" for some and that they feel he is too much to handle. Heyman says in order for Holly to make a name for himself in ECW, he must make an impact.

- Rob Van Dam defeated Danny Doring. Quick match that saw RVD hit the Rolling Thunder followed by a Five Star Frog Splash for the pinfall. After the match, Hardcore Holly hit the ring with a steel chair in hand and took out RVD. Holly also took out Doring. Holly then picked up RVD and gave him an Alabama Slam. Holly left the ring and stared down RVD talking trash.

===COMMERCIAL BREAK===

- Backstage, Rene Dupree is shown looking in a mirror. Dupree says when he looks in the mirror, he sees the most extreme man to ever set foot in ECW.

- Big Show defeated Sabu via DQ to retain the ECW Championship. This match was not under Extreme Rules. Towards the end of the match, Big Show took out Sabu with a big clothesline. Big Show attempted another, but took out the referee instead. With the referee out, Sabu grabbed a steel chair and used it against Big Show numerous times with shots off the top rope, springboarding off the chair to hit a moonsault and finishing Big Show off with an Arabian Facebuster. When Sabu covered Big Show, the referee was still out. Another referee hit the ring and Big Show kicked out after two. Sabu then left the ring and grabbed the ring bell. The new ECW referee warned Sabu he couldn't use it. Sabu ignored him and knocked out Big Show with it. Big Show was busted open after the shot to the forehead. Sabu then hit Big Show again sending Big Show over the top rope and crashing through a table. The show went off the air with Sabu doing his "point up" pose and favoring his shoulder as we saw Big Show covered in blood.
