DAVID Arquette has checked out of rehab.
The quirky actor — who in October announced his split from wife Courteney Cox — entered an undisclosed treatment facility on January 2.
“He has completed treatment and has left the facility,” his rep said Sunday.
“He is very committed to his sobriety and a changed person because of his experience,” a source added.
“He realizes now how out of control things got and doesn’t want that to happen again.
“His family is behind him 100 percent and visited him often in rehab.
“He plans on going to meetings everyday and is completely focused on what he has learned.”
During a recent interview on Howard Stern’s radio show, Arquette, 39, said that his psychologist, whom he sees once a week, believed he was having a “nervous breakdown,” and the actor confessed he’d been “drinking a lot.”
“Everybody’s worried and concerned about me,” he added during the interview. “When I drink, I become a maniac.”
