AMANDA Seyfried’s romance with Ryan Phillippe is reportedly on the rocks.
According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, the pair shared tense words Monday at an LA party for The King’s Speech.
“The two had a private conversation that seemed a little heated, and both walked away and spent the rest of the evening with separate groups of friends,” a source said.
“Amanda seemed upset at first, then sat with Renée Zellweger, and left early on her own.”
Amanda recently described herself as a “romantic” person.
“I’m very much a romantic, but I’m romantic about, not just my love life, I’m romantic about life in general and the beauty of the earth and the beauty of life, time and nature and traveling and history,” she said.
Amanda also believes in love at first sight.
“You know I do. I think it’s definitely rare but I think it exists,” she said.
“Love is complicated, and as simple as people make it out to be, it’s a complicated thing but it’s also the most beautiful thing on the earth.
“It’s good to be in love, it’s good to talk about love and it’s good to watch love happen in front of you and I think that’s why these romantic movies are so important.”
