Facebook integration with UOWForums!

We are trialling the integration of Facebook and UOWForums.

- You may have noticed a Facebook button at the top of UOWForums. This button is to help you integrate your Facebook account with UOW. Just click the button and follow the prompts. Once you are connected, a tiny version of your Facebook avatar will be in the facebook logo spot at top of forums.

- Above threads is a like button which you can click to have that thread appear as a like on your facebook wall. You do not have to have Facebook linked accounts to use this feature.

- You can also have your own posts or threads appear on your Facebook wall as well. You will see a Publish to Facebook option next to the Submit New Thread.

- If you would like to remove your Facebook account at any time, you can do so by clicking Settings in the top right corner, going down to Edit Connections and then clicking the button Disconnect.

I have not decided on whetehr to use the UOWForums App Page or the UOWForums Page as yet.

You choose what you want to publish on your FB.

If you like a thread and would like to share it on your wall, you click the Like at the top of the thread.

If you create a thread or post, you click the option to publish thread when you create the thread or post and it goes on your wall.

It is up to you what you want people to see. :)
