JASON MCLEAN VS. KEVIN RODDY

Round 1 - The fighters trade low kick, and McLean lands another nice one. Roddy returns fire. McLean works more low kicks and darts out of range. Both fighters tentative early on and stay at range. McLean with more low kicks. The fights trade low kicks, and their knees collide. McLean tries another, and Roddy catches it and shoves him into the cage. But they reset in the center soon after. Roddy snaps off a low kick. the fighters circle some more. McLean throws a low kick and is countered with a punch. Neither fighter is willing to sit in the pocket long, and Roddy finally puts together a nice combo that's finished with a body kick. McLean lands another nice low kick but eats a punch again. He then blocks a head kick before shooting and getting the takedown before the round ends. It's a close one, but MMAjunkie.com scores it 10-9 for McLean.

Round 2 - The fighters both stand and trade, and both score some nice punches. Roddy looks to use reach for jabs and goes high with a kick, but McLean easily snuffs it out. McLean fires off a nice combo and scores with a right, and then he does it again and scores with a left. Roddy shakes it off and remains in the pocket. Roddy looks for high body kicks but doesn't have much behind them. Roddy moves in, and McLean clips him with another lunging combo. Roddy doesn't very bothered, but the shots are scoring. A timeout is called when Roddy lands an accidental but painful low blow. Roddy goes high with more kicks that miss and then eats a heavy barrage of blows. A left hook drops Roddy, but he immediately defends, and McLean lets him stand. Roddy appears to have recovered, but McLean lands another solid lunging shot. Roddy lands a nice combo but is countered. Both stay in the pocket and look for more. McLean blocks a head kick but takes a knee to the junk as the round ends. Round 3 - McLean checks a kick and whiffs on a combo while moving forward. Roddy answers with one of his own, but it's checked too. McLean snaps off a right to the chin. McLean scores a takedown, but he can't keep Roddy down. Roddy tries to reverse and then lands in ha;f guard when he overpowers his opponent. McLean corrals a leg, but he's pinned against the cage and vulnerable to punches. McLean now works butterfly guard as the pace slows. Roddy lands a few punches to the head and body and then hops into the mount. He lands a few punches, but McLean ties him up from below. When McLean tries to get up, Roddy takes his back and secures a rear-naked choke. McLean fights it off and breaks free of the choke, though the body lock remains tight. McLean continues looking for the choke, but McLean defends well despite eating punches. The compact McLean may actually be too short for Roddy, who's too high with his effort. McLean then spins out, takes top position and rains down punches while avoiding the triangle choke. The round ends there. It's 10-9 for Roddy, but MMAjunkie.com has it 29-28 overall for McLean. JOSH LABERGE VS. ANTHONY LEONE

Round 1 - LaBerge with the height and reach advantage in this one. The fighters circle before LaBerge snaps off a leg kick. Leone answers with one of his own. The fighters continue circling, and the boo birds come out. Leone clinches, but they soon break, and Leone lands a low kick. More book birds, which causes the fighters to get into a brief firestorm. LaBerge gets the better of it. The continue trading the occasional shot from distance before Leone shoots for the takedown. LaBerge defends, clinches and drops his opponent briefly with a knee to the gut. Leone clings to a single leg before getting back up and leaning against the cage. Leone is bleeding heavily near an eye. Leone continues trying to get the takedown, but LaBerge sprawls and avoids until Leone gets the leverage he needs. Leone lands in half guard. DON CARLO-CLAUSS VS. SAM OROPEZA

Round 1 - Oropeza the clear fan favorite in this one. Carlo-Clauss looks to strike, but they circle and paw their jabs. The fighters trade and swing wildly. Oropeza lands a left and then pushes Carlo-Clauss into the cage. He then connects a knee to the body and then another. He then lands a nice knee to the head and follows it with one to the body. Carlo-Clauss creates distance and gets off the cage. Oropeza paws a jab and continues circling. Carlo-Clauss ducks under a high kick and tries to clinch, but he can't clinch. Oropeza lands a nice left and follows it with a head kick that partially connects, lands a left and then sends his opponent to the mat with additional shots. Carlo-Clauss gets back to his feet, but Oropeza muscles him back down, takes the back mount, unloads punches, and the ref finally has seen enough. Sam Oropeza def. IGOR GRACIE VS. JOHN SALGADO

Round 1 - Gracie clinches and put his opponent against the cage, but Salgado tags him with a knee. Gracie absords it, picks up his opponent and slams him to the mat while taking his back. Gracie secures a body lock and tighten the rear-naked choke. Salgado defends as Gracie softens him with punches. Salgado rolls over, but Gracie rolls with him and continues looking for the choke. It's now been minutes as Gracie methodically looks for the ending, but Salgado ties up his arms and avoids. Gracie throws more punches, but he can't get the submission before the round ends.

Round 2 - Salgado opens with kicks that don't land, and Gracie returns fire. Gracie shoots and gets the takedown and puts his opponent in the seated position against the cage. Salgado tries a guillotine from his back, but Gracie flattens him out from the top position as he secures mount. Salgado tries to pull him close. Salgado rolls free of the mount, but Gracie takes the top position and puts his opponent to sleep with an arm-triangle choke. Igor Gracie def. JOHN CHOLISH VS. MARC STEVENS

Round 1 - Cholish throws an early low kick. Cholish lunges with a punch but lands a kick and gets the takedown. Cholish stands over his opponent, avoids a head kick and then thinks about a guillotine before unloading punches. Stevens somehow gets back to his feet and then clinches and puts his opponent against the cage. Stevens lands a nice jab Cholish reverses and unloads a series of knees to the body. The fighters break. Stevens for the takedown, but Cholish gets it instead. Cholish lands in side control and delivers knees to the body. Cholish wants the mount, but Stevens senses it and secures a leg for half guard. Stevens tries to get back to his feet but settles for full guard. Cholish delivers punches to the body, stands up and looks to drop a bomb. Stevens fends him off with upkicks to survive the round. It's 10-9 for Cholish.

Round 2 - Cholish lands a low kick and then gets the takedown. He works from inside full guard before freeing a leg. Stevens pulls him tight to avoid damage. Cholish postures up to deliver punches. The ref calls for a standup after a lull in action. Cholish lands a nice body kick. Stevens catches a kick and secures the takedown, but Cholish smoothly rolls, grabs a leg and torques a fight-ending submission. John Cholish def. VALENTIJN OVEREEM VS. RAY SEFO

Round 1 - Sefo with early low kicks. Overeem answers with a low and high of his own. Sefo gets through a big shot. Overeem hops in with a punch and eats a kick. The fighters whiff on big shots. Sefo with a nice left. Overeem shoots for a single-leg takedown and gets it. Overeem lands in side control against the cage and quickly taps. It may be an injury.

CHAD GRIGGS VS. GIAN VILLANTE

Round 1 - The fighters come out swinging and both deliver knees from the clinch. After a nice exchange, they reset for more. Villante moves in and lands a knee but takes a punch. Griggs unloads a couple heavy blows and gets a few to land. He throws a few more before Villante clinches, puts him against the cage, and buys himself recovery time. Griggs breaks out of the close quarters with more heavy blows. Villante shoots for a single leg, but Griggs drops on top of him and unloads more punches before getting to his feet. Villante lands a shot, Griggs connects on a punch, and then Villante lands a nice head kick. The firefight, though, is briefly halted when Villante loses a mouthpiece. Villante gets through a big punch, but Griggs drops him with one of his own. Villante gets back up but is sent back with another heavy blows. SHANE DEL ROSARIO VS. LAVAR JOHNSON

Round 1 - Johnson throws a punch and takes a body kick. The fighters clinch, and Del Rosario gets underhooks. He presses Johnson against the cage and tries a forearm strikes that misses. Johnson reverses the position and delivers a knee to the body. The fighters continue jockeying for position until Johnson gets a trip takedown. Johnson unloads some punches while posturing up. Del Rosario defends fairly well and then gets to his feet. Del Rosario snaps of a body kick, but Johnson clinches and delivers a knee before breaking and unloading a nice body shot. The fighters trade lunging punches, and the crowd comes a live for a bit. Del Rosario presses Johnson against the cage while delivering blows to the body via punches and knees before breaking off and resetting. Johnson's lunging punches miss, and Del Rosario counters with some solid shots before getting the takedown. Del Rosario moves into the mount position as Johnson clings to keep him tight. Del Rosario finally begins delivering punches from his dominant position, and a couple big ones get through. Johnson tries to fight back but has to defend as well. Johnson isn't trying to buck free, and in a split second, Del Rosario secures the armbar and gets the tap-out. Del Rosario lets go of the hold before the ref can even intervene. ANDREI ARLOVSKI VS. SERGEI KHARITONOV

Round 1 - Arlovski opens with a leg kick and then lands another. Kharitonov looks for lunging body shots. Arlovski comes in strong with punches and lands a left. The fighters clinch and trade close punches and knees before breaking. Kharitonov checks low and high kicks and eats a jab. Kharitonov walks him into the cage, and Arlovski considers a guillotine before letting it go. The fighters restart. Arlovski paws a jab, and both swing with hooks that miss. The fighters clinch, and Kharitonov lands a few nice uppercuts and a body shot from close quarters. Kharitonov lands another before they break. Arlovski swings wild and is caught with a countershot, and Kharitonov pours it on with a barrage of punches before dropping Arlovski with a punch and then knocking him out cold with follow-up strikes. FEDOR EMELIANENKO VS. ANTONIO SILVA

Round 1 - No touch of the gloves. Silva misses with a jab that seems 10 feet long. Emelianenko lets his hands fly but doesn't land anything substantial. He looks loose. The fighters trade big shots, and Emelianenko gets through a decent shot. The fighters reset and Emelianenko takes the center. Emelianenko clinches, but Silva reverses and puts him against the cage. The fighters trade short and ineffective knees. The ref calls for a restart. Silva fires first and eats a knee on the break. Silva lands a lunging shot but is countered with a flurry. Silva nearly catches him, and they reset. Silva throws a leg kick and charges in to put the Russian against the cage. Silva works short punches to the body. Emelianenko looks for a standing guillotine, and Silva tries to get out and hits the mat. Emelianenko dives into his guard and delivers punches while posturing up. He then stands and nearly gets to mount on the way back down but settles for the crucifix and nearly gets the submission. Emelianenko eats a big right as Silva gets back to his feet, and the big man puts the Russian against the cage and grabs a breather. Silva unloads heavy punches but eats as many as he lands, and Silva drags him to the mat, where the round ends. It's an exciting first round that MMAjunkie.com scores 10-9 for Emelianenko.

Round 2 - Silva immediately shoots and gets the double-leg takedown and puts Emelianenko on his back. Silva frees a leg and works from half guard. Emelianenko pulls him close, but Silva gets through some punches. Emelianenko continues pulling him close, but Silva moves to Emelianenko gives up his back but then rolls again and gives Silva the mount again. Emelianenko rolls again and gives up his back, and Silva looks for the rear-naked choke. He may have it, but Emelianenko again frees himself. But Silva remains in the mount, and the blows are mounting. The big punches are taking a toll, and Emelianenko rolls to his side. Silva tries the arm-head choke, and he keeps torquing it. It may be over, but Emelianenko again finds a way to escape. Silva now is in half guard, and Emelianenko got through the worst of it. Silva looks for the clock before delivering a few more punches. Silva looks as depleted as Emelianenko but then goes for kneebar. Emelianenko breaks free and then grabs a leg of his own and looks a kneebar then ankle lock. Silva playfully shakes his finger at him before the round ends. Silva dominated the round, and MMAjunkie.com scores it 10-8 for him. FUCK YOU FEDOR. That is all.

Bigfoot destroyed him. I would have rather saw him actually finish the fight, but a win is a win and it was a justified stoppage. Good show, lots of enjoyable fights with exciting endings.

Lol well first round pretty strong. WOW He's retiring I sort of wanted him to lose and win lol. Strikeforce could be in trouble. Could drop to a smaller weight? or UFC.

I really think he should fight at least once in the UFC... if Dana will even have him now. But to end his career without even fighting there is a waste, really.
