Alex Marvez at Fox Sports is reporting that New York Jets player Bart Scott will be appearing at tonight's TNA Impact taping in Fayetteville, NC.
Scott grabbed attention during the NFL playoffs after cutting a wrestling style promo following the Jets' defeat of The New England Patriots.
Marvez' report indicates that Scott will be doing an interview segment with Hulk Hogan during the tapings. His NFL contract would likely prohibit him from doing anything physical.
TNA is no stranger to NFL crossovers, dating back to the earliest days of the company, including an angle where Jeff Jarrett scrapped with Tennessee Titans players and Adam "Pacman" Jones coming in for a short run where he held the TNA Tag Team championships. During Jones' run, the NFL prevented him from doing anything physical, severely limiting what the company was able to do in comparison to their original plans.
