IWA: September 2 Results, Caguas
IWA held their main show of their GOLPE DE ESTADO tour, on September 2 at the Yldefonso Solá Morales Coliseum at Caguas with a reported crowd of about 7000 fans attending the event. IWA reported the reports as follow:
1-In an Extreme Rules 3 Way Match, Super Mark defeated Carlitos & Tommy Diablo in 11:57 to win the IWA Junior Title. Mark exchanged moves against Diablo and in a move Carlitos downed the rope and Diablo landed over it, falling outside the ring. Carlitos did some moves to Mark until receiving a foul and a DDT over a metal pane so Mark pinned him to win the match and the title.
2-Reggaeton singer Ranking Stone debuted as a wrestler and defeated Bad Boy Bradley at 7:45 when Bradley dominated Stone, but there came Chicano to emotionally help Stone. Bradley continued his attack until Slash Venom also came, entertaining Bradley. Referee Vargas distracted trying to send Venom back to the dressing room, so Chicano came when referee was distracted and did a side kick to Bradley and Stone did a schoolboy to win the match.
3-Blitz defeated Pelayito Vazquez at 9:43 when he blinded Vazquez and then did a full nelson slam.
4-The British Militia (identified as Hade Vansen & Jon Moxier) defeated Thunder & Lightning at 14:27 when Thunder was exchanging offensive with Vansen outside the ring while on the ring were Moxier and Lightning. Moxier inverted a move by Lightning, and in the move Moxier used the ropes as leaverage and the referee did the count and declared The Militia as winners. After the match they attacked and tried to unmask Lightning but Thunder came and helped his partner.
5-In a lumberjack match ith 10 ladies as lumberjacks with whips, Joe Bravo defeated Bacano at 11:35 when Bravo was dominating the match and La Morena, Bacano’s valet, came in and low blowed Bravo. When Morena tried to leave the ring, the lumberjacks attacked her. Bacano and Bravo fought for a while until Bravo kikcked Bacano and applied a Face Buster DDT to in the match. When Bacano left the ring after the match ended, the lumberjacks atatcked him.
6-In a match for the Intercontinental Title, with the prematch stipulation that stated that if Chicano lost hi svalet Poison Ivy must be Magnificent Chris servant for 30 days, Magnificent Chris defeated Chicano in 10:15. Chris went for the title to attack Chicano with it but Poison Ivy entered to distract Chris. Chicnao attacked Chris from behind, so the title belt landed on the mat. Chicano tried a moonsault over Chris, who moved and Chicano landed over the title. Chris attacked Chicano and applied his final move to win the match. Poison Ivy went to check Chicano but Chris grabbed her by the hair and left to the dressing room.l
7-Savio Vega vs. Shane wrestled to a no contest at 19:15 in a great match with wrestlers using all objects at hand. Savio bleed. Referee Vargas was accidentally kocked and when Shane was trying to get the pin, referee Alfonso came in and was limping and just counted at two. Savio used his bat against Shane but referee Alfonso said he will not be doing the count. Savio pushed him and ordered him to do it. Alfonso did a slow count and Shane stopped it. An angry Savio attacked Alfonso. Savio pushed Shane into a truck. Then he started the march and Shane went to the roof of the truck. Shane stop the march and Shane landed on the field. Then Savio started the march trying to hit Shane, who moved. Shane went to tattack Savio and they brawled in the field until several IWA referees came to stop them. Cruzz and other heel came to stop Savio. Bravo and other wrestler came to stop Shane. The wrestlers escaped and brawled until they finally were separated by more wrestlers that came to stop them.
8-In a Hardcore Title match, with ring surrounded by fire, Mr. Big defeated Slash Venom at 5:07 when Slash was burned in the face and then Big applied him a chokeslam.
9-In the main event, for the IWA title match, with Invader 1 as referee and with the prestipulation match that if Ray don’t win the match in less than 45 minutes, he will never ever be able to get a IWA title shot, Ray González defeated Mikael Judas at 19:41 to win the title. Invader 1 music was played twice but he never appeared and then Miguel Perez came out and said he is schedulling Pelayito Vazquez as referee of the match. A bloody Ray tried to apply the figure 4 leglock to Judas but Jay interfered juming over Ray. Ray grabbed her and throwed her to the mat. Judas attacked Ray in the process amd throwed him outside the ring. Judas went to attack Ray with the croix he had in his neck but Ray attacked him with a stick. They enetered to the ring and Ray used the object more times. Referee Vazquez saw Ray doing that, Ray left the stick to fell to the mat. Vazquez kicked the object outside the ring and Ray covered Judas and won the match and the title. After the match Orlando Toledo and Chicano came to celebrate with Ray. Also Thunder & Lightning came to the celebration.
