On his Twitter page, @ShaneHelmsCom, Shane Helms commented on the story of his getting into an altercation with a man who was said to have touched his girlfriend at a North Carolina bar called "The Rehab" by saying, "Can't let Jeff have all the heat! LOL But I didn't get arrested at all. Got a citation for defending my woman. No regrets, no apologies." He later wrote, "All u dirtsheets, why don't u just ask me what happened instead of stretching the truth? I'm super easy to get hold of." Then he wrote, "Who thinks Scherer will be professional enough to admit he wrongly reported on me today? I don't."
I think I know who that Scherer guy is. I did use the word "arrested". I should have used the word "cited". I apologize for the error.
