iMPACT! for 9/7:
NWA Tag Team Champions LAX d. Krazy K & TJ mack. Konnan cuts a promo after the
match and asks why Styles and Daniels are on the No Surrender poster and LAX
isn't. Styles and Daniels hit the ring which runs off LAX. Styles grabs the NWA
Tag belts and hangs them from the Ultimate X structure which was set up for the
entire tapings.
Backstage Jeremy Borash, Chris Sabin, and Jay Lethal were all watching Jackass.
Jerry Lynn walks in and asks why they aren't getting ready for their matches.
Sabin says they are watching Jackass for some new ideas.
Frankie Kazarian, Matt Bentley, & AMW d. The James Gang, Norman Smiley, & Shark
Boy. After the match AMW argued.
Jeff Jarrett takes the polygraph test backstage. Eric Young is with him for
moral support.
Christian Cage d. Ron Killings. After the match he tried to use a chair on
Killings but Rhino made the save.
Backstage Jeff Jarrett tells Eric Young he's 100% sure he passed the test.
Jim Cornette came to the ring and announced the test results. He said the first
question he asked Jarrett was if he was invloved in any way with Christian
turning on Sting. Jarrett answered no and he was telling the truth. He then
asked if Jarrett had anything to do with the Hebner and Zbyszko situation at
Slammiversary. Jarrett said no and he was telling the truth. Finally he asked if
Jarrett and Zbyszko were in cahoots when Jeff won the NWA Title back from Raven
last year. Jarrett said no and he was lying. Cornette announced that Jarrett
will face Samoa Joe in a "Fans Revenge" Lumberjack match at No Surrender.
iMPACT! for 9/14:
Bobby Heenan came out and cut a promo. He said he is very intrested in managing
Bobby Roode. He also thanked all the fans for coming out to the show.
AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels d. Matt Bentley & Frankie Kazarian.
Chris Sabin d. Alex Shelley. After the match Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt put
Johnny Devine in a shopping cart and rolled it down the ramp and into Shelley.
Abyss d. Raven in a Hangmans Horror match. After the match Brother Runt turned
on Raven and gave him the Acid Drop.
Jim Cornette came to the ring and announced Rhino vs Christian Cage for No
Surrender. Cornette then states that Earl Hebner will be re-hired since he had
nothing to do with the Slammiversary screw job. Larry Zbyszko shows up and says
he will have Cornette fired asap. Cornette sicks Joe on Larry who runs away.
Jarrett then shows up and attacks a fan in the crowd.
iMPACT! for 9/21:
Sherri Martel came out and cut a promo. She said that she will be the one to
manage Bobby Roode and that no one can stop her.
Jeff Jarrett came out and talked about how in his mind he has been screwed by
TNA since day one. Samoa Joe comes out but Jarrett lays him out following 3
guitar shots.
Eric Young d. Normal Smiley.
Jay Lethal d. Petey Williams. After the match Sabin and Dutt rolled a bowling
ball into the groin of Williams.
Rhino wrestled Monty Brown to a no contest when Christian Cage attacked both
men. Monty said he had enough and went to the back. Christian and Rhino brawled
into the crowd. Christian put Rhino against a wall and gave him 5 chair shots.
Shane Douglas came out and said The Naturals have dissipointed him. He said
unless they can beat 7 teams in a gauntlet at No Surrender he is done with them
for good.
In the ring they had a fiesta celebration for LAX. There was an Uncle Sam doll
hanging above the ring and they beat it with sticks like a pinata. Styles and
Daniels did a run in but were beat down. Konnan hanged Styles from the rope and
they beat him with sticks like a pinata as well.
