CM Punk Breaks Huge Milestone Today

WWE Champion CM Punk today reached a huge milestone in that he has passed WWE legend Randy Savage in terms of the number of days Savage held the WWF championship. Several hours ago Punk tweeted: "Randy Savage. #respect."

Punk's current reign is now at 371 days. If he manages to holds onto the Championship until 12/4 he will reach John Cena for the 6th longest reign in WWE History at 380 days. Passing this milestone would mean he will have had the longest WWE Championship reign of anyone in the companies history since Hulk Hogan in the 1980s.
