WWE has announced on Twitter that Antonio Cesaro will defend his United States championship in the Royal Rumble pre-show on Youtube.

The pre-show will stream live on YouTube.com a half-hour before the pay-per-view starts at 7:30 ET/4:30 PT.

Cesaro has been so much advertising via interviews etc for the Rumble I would have thought he would have been on the main show. The heat this guy gets, I would have him on the main show.
