Judge Judy has been hit with a lawsuit over allegations she bought a collection of used china from her producer without his estranged wife's consent.

The former family court judge, whose real name is Judith Sheindlin, is reported to have purchased pricey Christofle tableware valued at over $500,000 from Randy Douthit for a bargain $50,000, but his wife, Patric Jones, is demanding the return of the china and flatware or payment from Judy to cover what the items are really worth.

Jones, who is in the middle of a messy divorce from Douthit, is also suing for punitive damages, but Judy insists she has done nothing wrong.

She tells TMZ, "I have not seen any complaint by the former Mrs. Douthit, however, I don't owe this lady a cent. And if this 50-year-old woman would spend her time more productively at trying to find a job, instead of abusing the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, we would all be a lot better off."
