The biggest event of the pro wrestling calendar is six days away when WWE travels to MetLife Stadium in the New Jersey/New York market for WrestleMania 29.

- With today being April 1, it's worth noting three significant events in WrestleMania History on this day.

WM6: Ultimate Warrior captured the WWF Title from Hulk Hogan on April 1, 1990 at the Skydome in Toronto.

WM17: The symbolic end of the Attitude Era took place on April 1, 2001 when "Stone Cold" Steve Austin turned heel to beat The Rock in the Houston Astrodome.

WM23: John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels headlined Mania on April 1, 2007, but the top attraction was Donald Trump's hair on the line against Vince McMahon, who ended up losing his year.
