Comedian Cleo Rocos' new book "The Power of Positive Drinking" is getting good press, thanks to excerpts of it being published in British newspapers. And aside from the quality of the book, plenty of attention is thanks to double-take-caliber gossipy anecdotes — like the time in the late 1980s Freddie Mercury disguised Princess Diana as a man and sneaked her into the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in South London, a legendary gay bar, according to Rocos. Rather than being instantly discovered, Diana enjoyed total anonymity while patrons mobbed Mercury and Rocos, a popular TV personality at the time. Diana wandered freely, Rocos writes, even ordering her own drinks at the bar.
