* Wade Barrett comes out and cuts a promo on tonight's battle royal.
* Justin Gabriel won a battle royal to become the new #1 contender tot he Intercontinental Title. The participants were Gabriel, The Great Khali, Alex Riley, Santino Marella, Drew McIntyre, The Usos, Jinder Mahal, Heath Slater and Yoshi Tatsu.
* Wade Barrett defeated Justin Gabriel to retain the Intercontinental Championship.
