The pair - who ended their four year on-off relationship two weeks ago -were due to cross paths at New York Fashion Week. However, the two stars made sure they were kept apart at all times and informed of one another's movements at the event. An insider told the New York Post: "Their people were speaking every hour to make sure Orlando and Kate avoided each other at all costs. They coordinated their schedules." The break-up came just months after rumours that Orlando was planning to marry the Superman Returns actress.
