Despite the lack of interest by the live audience, WWE plans to keep Sheamus as a babyface. Vince McMahon wants him to remain a face, and the company is tweaking his character according to a report by Raj Giri.
The belief is that once they find the right fit for him, Sheamus' character should take off as a top face. There are some within the company that disagree.
