John Cena Sued

TMZ.com (http://www.tmz.com/2013/10/05/john-cena-sued/) reported that John Cena has been sued by a worker that handled renovations on his Florida home in 2010, alleging that he fell from faulty scaffolding that the former WWE champion provided for the project.

Dale Ducharme is seeking $15,000, for claims that he is unable to work, injury, etc.

Why would John Cena supply scaffolding????????? That just doesn't make any sense...

Not to mention, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors... They'll rarely borrow a tape measure... much less something as important as scaffolding or something that's going to save their life...

Obviously he wasnt using a contractor or a licensed one . He probably hired a tradesman and to cut cost offered to supply materials ect .
