Disgruntled diner attacks restaurant with chainsaw

Petr Svacha, 36, of the Czech Republic, was calmly drinking and having dinner with a friend at a restaurant in Ziln when he was asked to leave because the restaurant was closing. Seems like he was really told to leave, because they didn’t let him finish his meal. Their mistake.
Svacha left and then allegedly returned to the restaurant with a chainsaw that he allegedly used to slice open the door while allegedly ranting about not having been allowed to finish his dessert — never come between a diner and his dessert. Svacha went to his table, where the dessert still sat, awaiting him, temping him, but he was denied the satisfaction of finishing it by a waiter who overpowered Svacha – no word in whether the chainsaw was still running – and held him for police.
If convicted he faces up to one year in prison where it is not known if he will be allowed to have any dessert.
I dont always eat dessert but when I do you had better let me finish . - Slayer_x
