Welcome, I'm Darren Colliage and this is the on air return of the Run Down. We are just days away from Mind Games and things in the LOW could not be more turbulent. We have alot to cover so let's get right to it.
There has been a change to the line up that was announced by John Kenmore at the conclusion of last week's SuperNova. There will be a world title match as well as a US title match. The highly anticipated Chamber match has had LOW.com a buzz with chatter from the fans, and at this point I have already been told that if you do not have tickets already. Then you have missed out as the event is sold out, but there is pay per veiw. We are not certain about the changes and details for them. However my sources indicate that the call came from high up top and by that I mean the board of directors. What does this all mean? I guess we will have to wait and see.
We will see some new signings emerge at Mind Games. New diva Varina Meklorka and Brittany Thomas got aquainted last week on SuperNova when for some unknown reason they got into a full blown brawl that resulted in Brittany going through a table and the scheduled match not happening. What a way to introduce yourself. So it seems these two ladies will actually have there match at Mind Games and you have to think that these two are going to be ready for a fight.
We will also see the debut of the richest man in the LOW. At least that it what his people have told us is the case. Money or not, Ian Windemere is going to attempt to turn some head and make a lasting impression on the LOW.
Mackenzie Roberts will also be making her in ring debut. A former champion in her own right is now looking to conquer the LOW women's division. We are all waiting to see how her journey will start off.
At Mind Games we will see all titles on the line. Next lets take a look at how we got to each of these interesting match ups.

We have all witnessed the return of former women's champion, Ms. Lane. She has impressed fans and management, showing little tono ring rust, well until last week anyway. She has been winning when it counts you could say. Wrestling her way through the competition and earning the number one contender status. With her recent loss to Alana Allure only seeming to cause a stumble, while also stopping her momentum. Alana's return to action has raise more questions then answers as it seems there are issues with her and Mr. Kenmore, who announced that Alana will be the special guest referee for this title match. Miss Faith, to her credit has been performing well since defeating Debbie Diamond to claim the women's title. Faith has been one to kick ass and take names since her arrival, boasting one of the best individual records we have seen in quite some time, though an interesting note here. Alana Allure remains the only woman to date to have beaten Miss Faith.
So, Alana will call the match for the women's title. With this catch, no matter who wins, it will be somebody she has already beaten. Add that to the fact that she has a title match on the horizon and boom goes the dynamite as they say.

Things have been all over the place in the X-Factor division. The Joker finally unseated James Hughes as champion. The division seems to have gotten more volatile, if that was even possible. As Tyrone has fought his way to a title shot, we all know the road was not easy, but has been made more difficult by one man in black. Who has seemed hell bent on injecting himself into the title picture. Suspicious that we have seen more of the man in black during the absence of James these past weeks. Meanwhile our X-Factor champion has only seemed to be gaining momentum. While management has no official comment on his behavior outside the ring, they stated they have been pleased by his in ring performance. Mind Games will show case the Joker defending against one of the LOW’s biggest young stars.

No match has created so much buzz since the dawn of LOW’s new era. The highly sought after and disputed United States Championship is on the line. The champion a seemingly resurgent Lasher. A LOW hall of fame legend that decided to give the LOW another run has done nothing but show why he is as good as advertised. He returned to the LOW and won a torturous match, to be rewarded with the US title as it was reinstated in a surprise move by John Kenmore. Lasher then went on to become Mr. Money in the bank, he now holds the US title and the briefcase, and can you say pocket aces?
This Chamber match will feature a twist or two, not only is there a surprise entrant, but in an exclusive, John Kenmore has told me that the booths will be blacked out. This means that the person who begins the match will be surrounded by five black booths, one will open and when that wrestler steps out, that’s when we find out who they are. So not only is there a surprise entrant, but it will be impossible to know who’s coming at you next.
This match is stacked ladies and gentlemen. It will feature Genesis, one of the LOW’s newer arrivals, who shows great consistency in his matches. This is certainly a big match up for him, his first shot at LOW gold and a chance to leave a lasting impression with the fans. Superstar talent abounds in this match so it will be no easy task for him to come out on top.
Mike Parr’s name has been on a lot of tongues. The question for him since being unseated by Andre is where do you go now? The man was seemingly unstoppable as the world champion and now has a shot to reclaim gold. He’s not a stranger to big matches or titles and seems to be the odds on favorite to win.
100% Jack Jones will be featured in this match as well. Another newer arrival to the LOW, who has been turning heads and making management take note. Director of talent development, Alana Allure stated that management has been very pleased with his trajectory and see’s a lot of upside to the young star. After missing out on a shot at the X-Factor title, he finds himself in a monster of a match with a big possible pay off.
Former US champion, Cyrus King will be in the mix for this one as well. Having defeated Lasher before, having held that very title before, we can say the motivation has to be there. Can he climb the ladder one more time? Cyrus is no stranger to challenging matches, having nearly won the title in that battle royal turned ladder match for its revival, so we know he has the fight in him.
The last remaining question is who is next? One more person will be in the match. The LOWverse has gone nuts after the way SuperNova ended. We all thought we were about to see Killemall who has been out for months without a word since tearing the anterior crucial ligament in his knee. Could it be the man in black, whose theme very closely references Killemall by name? Or have we all been swerved and we are going to see the return of another legend? I have heard the names Kage Star, Draven Alexander, and even over heard a conversation about, Randy Diamond. As we are only days away only time will tell and we will all be waiting on that booth to open.

Speaking of championships, the LOW championship has been an interesting one to say the least. The Andre Jones era has been off to a very rocky start- for lack of a better term. Since the ending of Retribution, our LOW heavyweight champion, Andre Jones has been a victim of some horrible beat downs. He has been assaulted in every which way, and no beat down worse than the emotional one he has been taking as well.
Over the weeks we have learned that Andre’s former best friend, Rich Stone has been the one orchestrating these heinous attacks over the weeks. And for a while, we were all convinced that he has been the assailant. However, as we saw on Supernova last week, that is not the case. Rich has just been the puppet master, so to speak. Rich’s hitman, Justice has stepped up and now will challenge Andre Jones for his LOW title at Mind Games in San Diego. Justice will be making his debut, and could walk out as the LOW champion.
Andre is at a serious disadvantage in this match. Since, this is Justice’s debut, Andre has no idea what the arsenal of the ominous Justice could hold in store for our beloved champion. Besides a chokeslam which can seemingly come at anytime, we have no idea what Justice can do. Andre is in serious trouble in here. This match may be a case of having more guts than brains. All eyes will be glued to this match as Andre fights to keep his pride, his health, and most importantly, his title at Mind Games.
Promos are due November 1st at Midnight Eastern.
