(CNN) - McDonald's told its employees: don't eat fast food!
The advice was posted on an employee website Health Encyclopedia.
The entry describes most fast food as high in fat and sodium that can lead to obesity.
The employee site promotes a diet of raw vegetables, and even says things like "pass on the pickles - less salt!"
Last month, the McResource site came under fire for listing suggested tips for things such as dog walkers and au pairs.
Critics say it was in poor taste since most of the company's employees make minimum wage.
