WWE Hall of Fame bringing in Paul Bearer

January 18, 2014

The WWE Hall of Fame has had a lot of rumors floating around when it comes to the 2014 class, and when the WWE announced that The Ultimate Warrior was the first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, it cleared some up. However, PWS reported on Jan. 18 that one rumor that has been floating around for a while that will come true is that Paul Bearer will enter the WWE Hall of Fame this year.

The Paul Bearer induction has been rumored ever since he passed away last year, but there were concerns about who would induct him. The obvious choice is The Undertaker, but the WWE and Undertaker himself do not like to have him break character for any purpose. This might be a case where he would agree to it though, since Paul Bearer meant so much to his career.

The perfect induction would be for Kane and The Undertaker to induct Paul Bearer to the WWE Hall of Fame together if the WWE would go for that.

That would mean Paul Bearer and The Ultimate Warrior would be the first two inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame 2014 class. The other rumors call on Jake "The Snake" Roberts to hear his name called as well. His appearance on the old school "WWE Monday Night Raw" and his good showing might mean it is time for The Snake to enter the Hall of Fame.

The other big induction rumor is that the WWE will induct a match into the WWE Hall of Fame, and the match would be the "Wrestlemania" main event of Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs. Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff.
