Punk NOT Released

CM Punk has not been released from World Wrestling Entertainment according to a statement issued from WWE to F4Wonline.

As noted earlier, reports circulated from PWInsider that the discussions at this past weekend live events that Punk may have already been granted an early release from the company, and sources close to the situation said he was "done."

This would be the first time that WWE has responded to inquires about Punk.

I'm still hoping this is more of a work.I mean his merchandise is still being sold what does that say? Hopefully we see him back on the Chicago Raw. We all want to see how the crowd will react in his hometown and it'll be good ratings. Plus we want CM Punk back he is easily one of the greatest and most successful superstars. It kinda would be perfect for him to return then could get things going on the road to WM. May seem like a long shot, but at this point this could be as true as the dirt sheets being posted right now are.
