As previously reported, former AWA star Buck "Rock n' Roll" Zumhofe was found guilty Wednesday of all 12 counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a family member that were laid against him. He was charged with six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct after it was alleged that he sexually molested a "close female relative" that some reports state was Zumhofe's own daughter approximately 1,800 times from 1999-2011, with the abuse beginning when the female relative-in-question was only 15 years old. Zumhofe pled not guilty to the charges against him and also denied the testimony of the alleged victim.

The latest update on this story comes from ProWrestling.net, which states that after the jury in Minnesota found Zumhofe guilty, Zumhofe attempted to flee the courtroom, but was unsuccessful as he was tackled and restrained by police in the process.

Furthermore, despite original reports suggesting that Zumhofe would be sentenced today, there is now word that the judge presiding over the trial may not sentence Zumhofe until sometime later this month. Word is that the judge wants to have some more time to consider adding on an additional penalty because of the violent nature of the offense.
