Airbnb user finds anonymous sex orgy happening in his apartment

New Yorker Ari Teman rented his Chelsea, Manhattan apartment out on Airbnb.com over the weekend, but got a call from the building telling him that the man he rented his apartment to was using it to host a loud, sex orgy for mostly plus-sized attendees. Teman had to return to his apartment to shut the party down.
The party had fliers, like the one pictured and was advertised on Twitter. There was an entry fee of $20.
Partygoers congregated outside the apartment building and tossed furniture around and out of the apartment, the NY Daily News reports. There were used condoms littering the floor. Teman claims there were more than $67,000 of damages to his apartment and has already received a commitment for $23,000 from Airbnb. The renter, named David, had three good reviews on Airbnb and claimed he was just in town to go to a friend’s wedding.
Teman is facing eviction from the building.
