Alleged drunk driver was passed out at wheel wearing pants as shirt

There are many excellent reasons not to drive while under the influence, but being the half naked, passed-out-drunk guy wearing his pants as a straightjacket has got to be among the top 10.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police arrested an allegedly drunk motorist around 4 a.m. on March 24, 2014, after they found him “asleep or passed out in the driver’s seat of his car, blocking the travel lane and alley,” according to the police report.
Police found Bryan Hill, 24, to be intoxicated, as well as to be “wearing only a t-shirt, underpants and one sock.” Fear not, police say Hill was wearing pants, but he was wearing them wrong, “He did have pants on, but they were on his arms. Both arms were inserted into the legs of his jeans.”
Hill was charged with public intoxication and obstructing traffic.
