There were no signs of improvement for TNA Impact following last week's near-year-low TV rating.
Impact on Thursday, April 24 scored a 0.88 rating, essentially even with a 0.86 rating last week. This week's show was against the first Thursday of the NBA Playoffs.
Most concerning was the second hour. The first hour scored a 0.99 rating, then the second hour dropped 21 percent to a 0.78 rating. Included was a 0.69 rating in the eighth quarter-hour to close the Sacrifice PPV hype.
- Impact drew 1.088 million viewers, slightly more than last week's near-year-low of 1.010 million viewers.
Impact's lead-in on Spike TV, Cops, drew 1.318 million viewers and outscored Impact in key demos aside from males 18-49.
Week-to-week, the demos were essentially even with last week's show.
On cable TV Thursday night, Impact ranked #40 in overall viewers, #10 in males 18-34, and #18 in males 18-49.
