Fight Number 1
UFC Bantamweight Division Fight
Marcus Brimage (6-2-0) vs. Russell Doane (13-3-0)

Referee: Mario Yamasaki

Round One:

The round begins with Doane attacking Brimage with a striking combination, Brimage begins attacking Doane with some leg kicks. Doane scores a takedown on Brimage and he gets the open guard, Doane quickly transitions to back control on Brimage. Doane starts attacking Brimage with some ground and pound, Brimage scrambles at the right time to get the fight standing. Brimage catches Doane with a few lefts as the round ends.

Round Two:

The round begins with Doane quickly attacking Brimage with a front kick, Brimage responds by nailing Doane with several leg kicks. Brimage drops a swinging Doane with a left hook, Brimage allows Doane to stand up after some grappling. Brimage drops Doane a second time with a low leg kick, Doane scores a takedown on Brimage and he gets the half guard. Doane quickly transitions to back control on Brimage, Doane starts peppering Brimage with a few short range strikes as Brimage wall walks to his feet. Doane puts Brimage against the cage wall while attacking him with knee strikes, Doane scores another takedown and Brimage quickly scrambles to his feet. Brimage hits a leaping Doane with a left as the round ends.

Round Three:

The round begins with Brimage scoring a takedown on Doane after catching his kick, Brimage quickly pops back to his feet to get the fight standing. Brimage goes right back to attacking Doane with leg kicks until he drops him with one, Doane tries attacking Brimage with a few high kicks. Doane cracks Brimage with a knee strike to the midsection while hunting for a takedown, Brimage attacks Doane with more leg kicks as he hunts for the takedown, Doane then cracks Brimage with a right to the head as the round ends.

Fight Result:
Russell Doane def. Marcus Brimage by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 30-27)


Stefan Struve who was due to fight Matt Mitrione in a UFC Heavyweight Division fight had to cancel due to health problems. Struve passed out backstage and then was short of breath and was near fainting when the NSAC officials and doctors declared him unfit to fight tonight at the PPV.


Fight Number 2
UFC Middleweight Division Fight
Uriah Hall (9-4-0) vs. Thiago Santos (9-2-0)

Referee: Yves Lavigne

Round One:

The round begins with both men attacking the other with spinning strikes, Hall starts attacking Santos with leg kicks. Santos also starts attacking Hall with some leg kicks of his own, Hall then pops a kicking Santos with a counter right. Hall trips Santos after a failed kick and he pounces on him with a few strikes before he stood back up, Hall then cracks Santos with a left hook. Hall chases Santos around the cage while popping him with a right, Santos catches Hall with some kicks as the round ends.

Round Two:

The round begins with Santos quickly attacking Hall with some leg kicks, Hall moves forward on Santos while landing a right. Santos then catches a swinging Hall with a counter left, Hall responds by hitting Santos with a kick to the midsection. Hall blocks a kick from Santos before catching him with a few rights, Santos barely connects with a head kick on Hall. Hall attacks Santos with a spinning head kick that misses badly, Hall leaps at Santos with a kick as the round ends.

Round Three:

The round begins with both fighters attacking the other with a front kick, Hall then hits a kicking Santos with a counter right. Hall also starts catching Santos with a bunch of leg kicks, Santos responds by hitting Hall with a spin kick to the midsection. Hall then clocks Santos with a hard right to the face, Hall then pops Santos with a jumping spin kick to the midsection. Santos accidentally kicks Hall low and the fight is halted, the fight resumes with Santos putting Hall on the cage wall while landing some knee strikes. Hall drops for a kimura and Santos escapes to get top position as the round ends.

Uriah Hall def. Thiago Santos by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)


Fight Number 3
UFC Women's Bantamweight Title Fight
Ronda Rousey (9-0-0) (Champion) vs. Alexis Davis (16-5-0)

Referee: Yves Lavigne

Round One:

The round begins with Rousey catching Davis with a right and knee strike before scoring a takedown, Rousey then clobbers Davis with a ton of ground and pound until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result:
Ronda Rousey def. Alexis Davis by KO via strikes (0:16, R1) to retain the UFC Women's Bantamweight Title


Main Event
UFC Middleweight Title Fight
Chris Weidman (11-0-0) (Champion) vs. Lyoto Machida (21-4-0)

Referee: Herb Dean

Round One:

The round begins with Weidman attacking Machida with a trio of kicks, Machida catches Weidman with a kick to the midsection. Weidman looks for a takedown on Machida and it gets blocked, Weidman then cracks Machida with a kick to the rib cage. Weidman follows that up by catching a swinging Machida with a counter left, Machida then hits a kicking Weidman with a counter left. Weidman responds by catching Machida in the arm pit with a high kick, Machida hits Weidman with a knee strike as the round ends.

Round Two:

The round begins with Weidman attacking Machida with some leg kicks, Weidman charges at Machida while popping him with lefts. Machida then cracks a kicking Weidman with a counter left and a body kick, Machida starts hitting Weidman with some leg kicks of his own. Weidman backs up Machida after barely connecting with a jumping front kick, Machida responds by cracking Weidman with a left. Weidman scores a takedown on Machida and he gets leg control, Weidman starts attacking Machida with some ground and pound. Machida stands up and Weidman attacks him with knee strikes as the round ends.

Round Three:

The round begins with Machida attacking Weidman with a few leg kicks, Machida also connects with a kick to the rib cage of Weidman. Weidman scores a takedown on Machida and he gets the full guard, Weidman quickly gains the half guard on Machida. Machida scrambles to his feet and Weidman cracks him with a knee strike, Weidman backs up Machida with a punching combination. Weidman follows that up by rocking Machida with a right and left that rocks him, Weidman scores another takedown on Machida after eating a knee strike. Weidman starts nailing Machida with some strikes, Machida scrambles to his feet and Weidman drags him back to the ground. Machida again gets to his feet as Weidman cracks him with some strikes, Machida goes for a kick as the round ends.

Round Four:

The round begins with Weidman nailing Machida with a few leg kicks, Machida then pops Weidman with a kick to the midsection. Weidman moves forward on Machida while landing a knee strike and a left, Weidman scores a takedown and Machida quickly gets up. Machida then rocks Weidman with a left hook from out of nowhere, Machida nails Weidman with a multiple strike combination. Machida follows that up with a kick to the rib cage of Weidman, Weidman tries to keep Machida at bay by throwing some jabs. Weidman looks for a takedown and Machida cracks him with a right, Weidman hits Machida with a jumping knee strike as the round ends.

Round Five:

The round begins with Machida instantly tripping up Weidman with leg kicks, Machida then pops Weidman with a punching combo. Machida then pops a kicking Weidman with a pair of lefts, Weidman looks for a takedown and Machida makes him pay with a few strikes. Weidman responds by crushing Machida with a few knee strikes, Weidman rocks Machida with a head kick. Weidman then cracks Machida with a standing elbow strike, Weidman scores a takedown on Machida and he gets the half guard. Weidman transitions to back control on Machida, Weidman starts attacking Machida with some ground and pound. Machida gets to his feet and he breaks free from Weidman, Machida assaults Weidman with strikes as the round ends.

Chris Weidman def. Lyoto Machida by unanimous decision (49-45, 48-47, 49-46) to retain the UFC Middleweight Title

What a fight from Weidmann and Machida! Glad for CW that he managed to get past LM and gets the respect he deserves by fans
