- One major issue that should be pointed out with TNA having The United Talent Agency representing them in TV negotiations is that UTA takes 15% of whatever deals are made. Even if UTA are able to get Spike TV to re-sign TNA with something like 30% down from Spike, TNA would only be getting 15% of the rights fees to work with.
