There were 3-5 people let go from different departments of the TNA office in Nashville, TN today. The most notable name we've heard is Jason James, who appeared "on camera" as Jimmy Jay and had replaced Don West in the merchandise end of the company as the guy shilling special deals online and at live events. We've heard there were personnel let go from the PR, live event and graphics end as well.
TNA finished shooting the British half of the second season of "British Boot Camp" for Challenge TV last weekend. They asked fans to keep the results off social media. The remainder of the season will be shot in the United States next month. The UK finals were shot in London's York Hall with 900-1,000 fans in attendance. The taping was free if you were able to get an invitation. In a lot of ways, the show was pretty much the ultimate British supershow with just about every major name from that country's independent scene working. Samoa Joe, Al Snow and Gail Kim served as the judges, giving their thoughts after each match live to the audience with the show designed to mimic "X-Factor." Jeremy Borash was the host and is working as the Executive Producer for the series, as he did the first year. TNA's Doug Lebow, a former WWE exec, directed the show. Rockstar Spud and Progress Wrestling’s Jon Briley helped run the locker room. The series will have an eight episode season on ChallengeTV this October. Over 50 wrestlers were invited to try out with the final 16 appearing in London. Spud, who won the first season, made a surprise appearance with The Chase’s “The Beast” Mark Labbett, making his in-ring debut as a publicity stunt. Labbett is well known in the UK for his role on The Chase, and the American version featuring Labbett is currently the top rated show on the Game Show Network here in America. We have photos from the London taping on Page 2.

CBS will debut the new season of "The Amazing Race", which will feature Brooke Tessmacher and Robbie E. as one of the teams competing on 9/26. The series will air Fridays at 8 PM.
