look. since i came on today, two of the people*who i will NOT name* have been calling me shakie, and its pissing me off. OK, so im more famously known as shakie than anything else, and it was fun for about 3 months, but my reason of changing my name in the first place was to get away from that name. Now stop calling me that alreadly.

Like the fact that you say you want to be taken seriously as a poster yet make a post complaining about the fact that people call you by your old name. This has made you seem like the opposite of a serious poster man.
Username's have very little to do with being seen as a 'serious' poster, funnily enough it's the posts that count, hence the term poster. I had the name 'Mafia Ninja' and I was still seen as a decent poster as I made the odd decent post.
Consider yourself lucky if people don't start calling you Fucker.
