The WWE Network did a "Breaking News" update about Savage being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame lol with WWE announcer Scott Stanford interviewing Ricky Steamboat, Lanny Poffo and Gene Okerlund about the honor.

The WWE Network also noted that Hulk Hogan is expected to induct Savage.

Tickets for the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will go on sale this Saturday 1/17 at 1 PM Eastern. The ceremony will be Saturday 3/28 at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

I'm glad he's getting this respect, but it doesn't mean AS MUCH as if he was still alive. His name will be in and we'll see Lanny up there to accept, but we'll never get the reunion of seeing Randy infront of a WWE audience again. Vince let his pride get in the way of getting something special and now it's too late. Thanks Vince!

It's about time really after all the shit that's gone on with Lanny since Randy's passing. Glad to see Randy's name being put alongside guys like Hogan, Andre, Steamboat, Flair, Hennig and Roberts in the WWE Hall of Fame.

He's one of my favorites of all time, so I'm happy for Savage and his family. It's long over due.

It was a special touch by the WWE Network Breaking News special when they held interviews with Steamboat, Mean Gene, & Lanny Poffo was a great touch to it all. Lanny seemed to be on top of the world.

I know it's likely Hogan going to induct him, but I truly wish it would be Lanny.

Great news, but like others have said, would've been great to have been done when he was still with us...
