One of the questions that has been posed since WWE announced that Randy Savage would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame was why he was going in alone, as opposed to part of the Poffo family, as his brother Lanny had stated several times that Randy's wishes were to go in alongside Lanny and their father, the late Angelo Poffo, similar to the entire Von Erich family being inducted into the WWE Hall in 2009.

In an interview with Brian Fritz of The Sporting News, Poffo said that he came to the realization that he was now the "big brother" and came to the decision that he needed to break from Savage's wishes because if he did not, that meant depriving Savage's fans from seeing what they really wanted.

Sad when dead people don't get what they want.

I don't care how little the hof actually means, there isnt a chance in hell lanny should be able to ride Randys coattails in the door. The fact that he has been holding his spot ransom for a decade is pathetic.
