WWE Trademarks Old Charecter Name

According to PWInsider.com, WWE applied to trademark “The Boogeyman”. The original registration, filed in 2005, was cancelled last year because WWE failed to provide required documentation.

Boogeyman is appearing at Wrestlemania AXXESS this weekend.
