Stipulations were made on RAW 13th Apr, 2015 for Seth Rollins (c) vs Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Title match at Extreme Rules PPV.
Randy Orton and Seth Rollins were in the ring at the end of RAW to announce the stipulations for Extreme Rules. Rollins announces the RKO is banned. Orton then announces it will be a cage match. Orton attacks Rollins who escapes.
