(2) Daisuke Harada, Mikey Nicholls & Quiet Storm vs. Maybach Taniguchi, Kenoh & Hajime Ohara
◆Winner: Maybach (12:49) with the Maybach Press on Storm.
(3) Daisuke Sekimoto [BJW] vs. Mitsuhiro Kitamiya
◆Winner: Sekimoto (11:23) with a Deadlift German Suplex Hold.
~ Kitamiya faced off with against the opponent that he himself aims to build himself up as. Aiming to prove himself as a powerful wrestler, though notable on the short side. Sekimoto has proven that height is not a weakness for him.
(4) Naomichi Marufuji vs. Hitoshi Kumano
◆Winner: Marufuji (11:34) following the Shiranui.
~ Marufuji with a decisive win over Kumano in the first singles match the two have had in a little over a year and a half.
~ Marufuji blatantly stated that Kumano did not seem to have his heart fully into the match. That he was “中途半端 / chuutohanpa” half-hearted in his effort. As he expects the young rookie to start pushing himself harder and harder to reach the next level.
(5) Taiji Ishimori & Atsushi Kotoge vs. Sho Tanaka & Yohei Komatsu [both NJPW]
◆Winner: Ishimori (19:06) with a 450° Splash on Sho.
~ Ishimori looks on point as they head into the upcoming junior league.
~ Both Ishimori and Kotoge had a staredown as they will be facing each other on the first day.
