[Real Japan News] The First Tiger Masked announced that the next RJPW show will be on September 18th as Super Tiger will be defending the Legend Championship belt against now freelance wrestler Masakatsu Funaki.
Tiger Mask aims to showcase the true strong style as he has two of wrestlers facing off whom he is confident can provide an exciting bout. Funaki stated that he once more seeks to be a champion and aims to work hard to fill the void that is currently left by Tiger Mask’s absence. The reining Champion Super Tiger stated that this will indeed by battle worthy of being at the highest peak of the strong style and he fights for the Real Japan banner.
As for his health, Tiger Mask stated that he has lost 10kg’s in total so far and has resumed basic training. He still aims to make his return but he cannot say when as of yet.
