While UFC won’t comment on the way the Nevada Athletic Commission handled the Nick Diaz situation earlier this week, their longtime commentator, Joe Rogan, will.
Rogan took to social media on Tuesday to share his outrage over the way the NAC handled Diaz’s failed tests for marijuana for his January fight against MMA legend Anderson Silva.
Joe Rogan tweeted the following:
NSAC suspending Nick Diaz for 5 years for pot is an irresponsible abuse of power. It's callous, idiotic and sickening.

Unless there's scientific proof that marijuana is a performance enhancing drug that gives an unfair advantage it should not be restricted.
