A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch in Carbon County, PA. after missing a third hearing on 9/3 for her 5/30 arrest.
Sytch was pulled over in a Walmart parking lot after police saw her hit a curb, which led to a DUI charge, careless driving charge and a charge of driving with a suspended license.
Currently, Sunny has a 12/1 pre-trial conference scheduled and if no deal is reached by then, she will go before a jury trial on 12/7.
Regarding her other cases, she has a preliminary court date scheduled for 10/7 in regards to her arrests on 6/1 and 6/20. There she will be facing charges of DUI, failure to stay in her lane, careless driving and driving without a license.
Sunny was reportedly stopped in her car at 9:35am on 6/1 for a vehicle violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. On 6/20, Sunny was arrested again after crashing her vehicle.
Sytch claimed via social media this past weekend that she was not given a DUI for the 6/20 accident, noting that she actually had a seizure behind the wheel.
