WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross celebrated his 64th birthday on Sunday, and actually made headlines in the sports world in the process.

“Good Ole’ JR” revealed his interest in taking over the announcing duties for MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates now that there is a vacancy in the booth. He even mentioned that he would be willing to relocate to Pittsburgh for the gig. The comments from JR, which he posted on his official Twitter page on Sunday, ended up getting picked up by WWE and the official website of Major League Baseball, MLB.com, who wrote an entire featured article on his interest in the opening.

Below are the tweets WWE, MLB and JR posted on the topic this past weekend:

Could a @WWE HOFer be the next pirates announcer? #YesYesYes, if JrsBBQ gets his wish! https://t.co/GNW5ESgSQO pic.twitter.com/zSoQTBWabl
