– As noted, Alberto Del Rio is currently dealing with a back injury and did not work this week’s WWE TV tapings.
The injury came from taking one of Brock Lesnar’s vertical suplexes at the WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view in the 30-man main event.
Del Rio is set to be reevaluated at Monday’s RAW from Birmingham, Alabama, and they should have a better idea of his status after that. As noted, Del Rio vs. WWE United States Champion Kalisto is expected for the Fastlane pay-per-view on February 21st.
