Mark Henry appeared to suffer an injury during his match against Big E last night on RAW.
Henry took a few splashes from Big E during the match. Big E got Henry up for his Big Ending finisher, but Henry just fell to the mat and took the pinfall. Afterwards, fans in attendance were tweeting that Henry was helped to the back by WWE trainers.
In talking with somebody who was backstage at RAW, we were told Henry was definitely banged up after the match, but that’s the extent of what was known last night.
Henry is in the final stretch of his 20-year WWE career and has stated in recent interviews that WrestleMania 32 will likely be his last one as an active competitor. His contract expires this summer.
