New Japan announced a few things before the start of today's show in Ota, Tokyo.
~ Katsuyori Shibata is once more a member of NJPW as he has signed a one year contract under the promotion
~ ROH's Michael Elgin has also signed a 2 year contract.
~ The "SUPER J-CUP 2016" will be returning this year and will be held on August 21 at the Ariake Colosseum. This will mark the first time that this tournament has been held since 2009.

~ New Japan also announced that they are currently working on a new Tiger Mask anime, and will feature other wrestlers from New Japan.
~ New Japan is also starting a new "Senshu Hakkutsu (Talent Finding) Project", which is New Japan officially opening their door's for young talent from all throughout the world to potentially join the promotion. Also noted as a "LION's GATE Tryout" it seems.
