WWE taped the following matches and segments for SmackDown this week in Brooklyn, NY at the Barclays Center. WWE will additionally be airing footage from the WrestleMania Axxess fan events on Thursday’s episode, which is the go-home show before WrestleMania 32 on Sunday.
– AJ Styles def. Heath Slater: The Social Outcasts cut a promo to open up the show. Slater had Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas and Adam Rose at ringside for the match. Styles got the pinfall after hitting Slater with his Springboard Forearm.
– D-Von Dudley def. Jey Uso: Bubba Ray Dudley was in D-Von’s corner and Jimmy Uso was in Jey’s corner. D-Von got the victory after hitting Jey with a spinebuster.
– Dean Ambrose def. Erick Rowan: Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman came out with Rowan during this one, but were sent to the back. Ambrose got the win after hitting Rowan with his Dirty Deeds finisher.
