– WWE has rebranded the upcoming Global Cruiserweight Series. All references to this summer’s 32-man tournament have been changed to “The Cruiserweight Classic.” The next two qualifying matches for the tournament take place at this Saturday’s EVOLVE live event from Queens, NY.
As noted earlier, the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will be returning this year and WWE is also considering a Women’s Classic tournament.
